We’re building a new houseboat

At Timber Bay Lodge & Houseboats we’re building a new houseboat – well we’re not actually building it but we’re having someone build it.

All we can tell you right now it that it will be 52 foot. We’ll work on getting some pictures of the boat in process to show you how it’s going.

WHAT IS WITH THIS WE STUFF. I’M NOT THERE. JUST A THOUGHT, IS THE MARINA BIG ENOUGH TO SERVICE A 52 FOOTER?
AS I RECALL THE SPACE BEHIND THE BOATHOUSE IS PRETTY FULL WITH THE BIGGEST YOU HAVE NOW. I’M SURE YOU THOUGHT OF THAT. RON…….RON……RON ARE YOU THERE RON????

  2. Actually Ron is still deer hunting (“still” being the operative word) 52′ can you believe it!! It will sleep up to 12 people and has two bathrooms. (And yes, it will fit in the marina.) It’s almost complete and already taking reservations for it. It’s nice to see you are reading the blog.

    ANN
MY FAMILY HAS BEEN VISITING TBL FOR 20 YEARS AND I KNOW I HAVE NEVER MET YOU, OR HEARD YOUR NAME. FILL ME IN. WILL WE SEE YOU IN JUNE?

  4. Greg,

I help Ron & Beth with their web site and this blog. The blog has been a fun way to post pictures from guests.

Sadly you won’t see me in June. I am usually located in the Twin Cities but this year I am living in Ireland, which makes posting pictures from Minnesota kind of bitter sweet. Not that Ireland isn’t beautiful – but I miss it. I won’t be back in Minnesota until late summer.

Thanks for your blog comment! Ann
